Refund Policy for Prepseed
Effective from: 27th May 2025
Prepseed is a product of Markseasy Preparation Private Limited. This refund policy applies only to Prepseed and its wallet-based services for existing clients. These services include payments made for WhatsApp messages, SMS, emails, and cloud storage for preparation portals. This policy does not cover any kind of software development, custom features, or other additional services.
When are refunds available?
- Refunds are only available if the payment was made directly to "Markseasy Preparation Private Limited" or "Prepseed".
- If the payment was made to one of our clients or partners, we cannot provide a refund.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method used.
- It will take 7 to 10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
- We do not take any responsibility for payments made through our clients' Razorpay accounts. Refunds will not be processed for such transactions.
What is not covered?
- Payments made to any of our clients' names (not directly to "Markseasy Preparation Private Limited" or "Prepseed") are not eligible for a refund.
- This policy does not cover payments made for software development, custom features, consultancy, or other services that are not related to wallet-based credits.
Changes to this Policy
Markseasy Preparation Private Limited reserves the full right to update, modify, or change this refund policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes made will be posted on our official platform, and your continued use of our services means you agree to the updated policy.
